MAX Energy Services provides equipment and services designed to mitigate rig-site environmental impact including mix-off, reagent production and distribution, solids control, rig mats, liners, PAN & Grate Systems, drill cutting, transportation stabilization and safe economical landfill disposal. MAX is well versed in rig pad planning and excavation in preparation for liner system installation. MAX manages rig site remediation and liner recycling projects.
Among our services to the energy industry:
MAX provides solids management and pickup for oil and gas fields throughout the Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia area. We provide on-site solidification and stabilization services, as well as treatment and disposal at our facilities in Southwestern PA. MAX offers a complete line of liquid/solid separation and dewatering equipment as well as proprietary solidification reagents that absorb water-based and synthetic drilling fluid quickly and thoroughly.
MAX provides hydro-excavation services for pipeline installation and related projects in locations where mechanical digging may be too difficult or risky. Hydro-excavation is a non-mechanical and non-destructive process which combines pressurized water and a high flow of moving air to simultaneously excavate soils and other materials at a controlled rate. The materials and water slurry are conveyed to a truck and sent to MAX’s facilities for solidification and safe disposal.
MAX is developing its own Zero Liquids Discharge Facility for frac and production wastewater treatment and recycling. Our treatment system will be designed to remove suspended solids and metals so that water can be re-used efficiently.
MAX provides containers (roll-off/vac boxes) for vapor-tight containment and separation of sludge. Our equipment is ideal for filtering fines from grit chambers, well drilling, pipe-line cleaning, sediment control from construction sites, sludge dewatering, quarry discharge water and well point discharge water.
MAX offers full-service flatbed, roll-off and tri-axle transporters for the hauling of drilling wastes and materials. Our dispatch center has expanded operations outside normal business hours to ensure rapid response to our customers’ needs.
MAX has the equipment, experience, and skilled personnel for cost-effective transport of all non-hazardous oil and gas materials. Our employees are experienced in frac tank and truck cleaning, and trained in all relevant OSHA programs, including HAZWOPER and confined space entry.
Our Yukon and Bulger facilities offer secure, monitored equipment staging and laydown areas for trucks, containers and other energy industry equipment.
MAX delivers on discrete assignments, including site construction and reclamation support for exploration and production, environmental permitting, compliance and monitoring for operations, and technological solutions for wastewater management and treatment upgrades. As an owner of our own treatment, storage and disposal facilities (TSDFs), MAX is ideally suited to assist customers in developing reliable and cost-effective waste management programs.
